By accessing or using Market Matrix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Market Matrix is a stock confidence scoring tool that aggregates publicly available financial data and provides AI-generated explanations. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

The scores, analyses, and AI-generated explanations provided by Market Matrix do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell securities. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Market Matrix and its creators are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information provided by the Service.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Market Matrix is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service's data or analyses without permission

6. Data Sources

Market Matrix aggregates data from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and Finnhub. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Third-party data is subject to those providers' respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service interface.
